Within any office space there are many different functions and requirements relating to the space and fabric of the building; there may be brickwork or blockwork revisions to create openings or revise the structure.
We will refurbish or replace toilet facilies with new sanitaryware, cubicles, tiling and all the necessary DDA requirements. It is said that your clients judge you by the state or quality of the toilets! We can also incorporate showers or changing facilities with lockers.
The tea-point or break-out space can be the hub of the office. There is scope to create a simple tea-point or coffee area or there may be a need for full catering facilities.
