With vast experience in the office design and fit-out sector, Brian has the perfect skill set to lead Kontract Interiors. An exceptional designer himself, Brian has an innate understanding of the dynamics between creativity, logistics and project delivery. Managing these factors underpin the success of any project.

Brian has over 15 years of experience in the Office Design sector following an extensive architectural-based career in the UK, South Africa and America. In addition to his position as 3Sphere's MD, Brian leads the Kontract team to ensure both quality of service and delivery.

MATTHEW ELLIS

Director

Matthew is the 'sales face' of Kontract (and indeed 3Sphere) with over twenty years experience in the interiors sector.

Throughout his career in the office design industry, Matthew has worked for various leading names within this highly competitive market, including Spaceworks, Design Core and Dovetail - establishing himself as one of the sector's most recognisable personalities.

His knowledge of contemporary fit-out is unrivalled and he can source an amazing array of products and services at competitive prices.

His negotiation skills are a significant strength of the Kontract offering and will ensure clients that requiring small works and maintenance agreements receive the very best value throughout.

SIMON GRIFFIN

Associate Director of Operations

With over 20 years of experience in the fit-out and refurbishment industry, Simon has gained vast practical and site management knowledge across a range of projects including fast track fit-out, furniture installation and supplier management.

His unique understanding of all aspects of site management creates an invaluable liaison between the office-based team, the client and the end-user. Simon is responsible for silky smooth project management and ensuring that clients are completely satisfied with the completed project.
